We always strive to send your order in perfect condition and pack it carefully for a safe journey. However, sometimes things can go wrong during transit, and your product may not arrive as expected. If that happens, we’re here to help!

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please review our return policy below:

– All returns must be postmarked within five (2) days of the delivery date.
– Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging, tags, seal, and labels intact.

To return a product, please ship it to the following address:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier services.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process it for exchange within ten (10) days. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. Ensure that the product is sealed, unbroken, and unused, meeting specific criteria for certain items like glass jars and fragrance oil bottles.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the forwarding shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund will be processed to your original payment method. Generally, it will take 5 to 7 days.
If your refund is not reflecting in your account, then please contact your bank or credit card customer care.

EXCHANGE

We only replace defective, damaged or wrong item sent from our side. Provide an unboxing video as proof within 2 days of delivery. Contact customer service at 8376900770 for exchange arrangements. Exchange or refund, whatever applicable will solely be decided by Namo Creations

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation is accepted within 6 hours of order placement. You’ll be notified of the cancellation via email. Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
