Refund/Replacement Policy for Glass Jars
At Namo Creations, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. While we have always ensured customer satisfaction by offering refunds for any damaged items without hesitation, we have now updated our Refund & Replacement Policy for glass jars to maintain our quality standards and competitive pricing.
Why This Policy Has Been Revised
Shipping fragile glass jars safely is a challenge despite our rigorous packaging process. We use premium 60 GSM bubble wrap/Thermocol sheets/Paper Flute sheets and multi-layered packaging to minimize the risk of damage. However, occasional breakages during transit are still possible.
To ensure fairness and sustainability, especially with increasing logistics costs, we are implementing a revised policy as outlined below.
Updated Glass Jar Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
We will issue a refund only when the number of damaged glass jars exceeds 10% of the total quantity ordered.
Examples for Better Understanding:
Scenario 1: If you order 100 jars, and 20 arrive damaged, a refund will be issued for the extra 10 jars beyond the 10% threshold.
Scenario 2: If you order 100 jars and 10 or fewer are damaged, the damage will be considered within the acceptable range, and no refund will be processed.
Verification & Claim Process
To be eligible for a refund under this policy:
A full unboxing video must be submitted clearly showing the product condition at the time of opening.
The video should be shared within 24 days of receiving the order.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video or beyond 24 days will not be eligible for a refund.
